Responsibilities:
- Software and Hardware Support: Troubleshoot and resolve daily software and hardware issues within the company, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. This could range from Network connection issues to printer issues.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL, M1 ERP system, and Excel to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources, including the M1 ERP system and database.
- Query Writing: Develop SQL queries to extract relevant information from the M1 ERP system and database, creating customized reports and dashboards for various departments.
- Data Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
- Data Visualization: Present data findings in a visually compelling and easy-to-understand manner using charts, graphs, and other data visualization techniques.
- IT Breakthroughs: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and IT breakthroughs relevant to our industry, assessing their potential impact on our operations and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address potential IT issues and challenges, developing innovative solutions to optimize system performance and minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure continuity.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes: Familiarity with sheet metal manufacturing processes, workflows, and associated data is advantageous.
