What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Operator position at Metalworks Inc.?
Shift : 5 : 30AM-4PM Monday-Thursday with mandatory OT when applicable
Summary : The CNC Operator is responsible for creating a quality product while meeting production goals.
Essential Duties : Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.
- Read blueprints and drawings and take measurements to verify quality production.
- Train on various pieces of equipment both CNC and manual.
- Learn Metalworks Quality Management System.
- Machine set-up and operation.
- Provide continuous improvement feedback to help increase productivity.
Qualifications : At least one year of CNC lathe or mill experience required. Machining Degree or Certificate is a plus.
Salary : $21 - $24
