Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI System (Chatbot) Developer to join our team on a critical project. The ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience with leading conversational AI platforms and demonstrate a strong background in programming and AI systems integration. You will be responsible for developing cutting-edge chatbot solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful, scalable, and robust AI-powered systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy chatbot solutions using industry-leading AI platforms such as IBM Watson, Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or Microsoft Azure Bot Services.
• Implement natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) models to enhance user experience and chatbot intelligence.
• Integrate AI-powered systems into diverse applications and environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high-performance operation.
• Lead technical discussions and provide hands-on leadership in chatbot development projects, from planning through implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to define use cases and develop innovative solutions.
• Optimize chatbot interactions and continuously improve response accuracy and conversational capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AI systems and chatbot functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and chatbot technologies, recommending and implementing new techniques and tools as appropriate.

Must-Have:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the AI/Chatbot development space, with at least three successful customer projects demonstrating proficiency in conversational AI systems.
• Strong programming expertise in Java, Python, or Fullstack development. Experience with back-end and front-end technologies for seamless integration is essential.
• Proven hands-on experience with leading AI platforms such as IBM Watson, Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or Microsoft Azure Bot Services required.
• Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining robust conversational interfaces, with a deep understanding of NLP and ML concepts.
• Ability to integrate AI models with existing software systems, ensuring smooth deployment and scalability in cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration for chatbot functionalities.
• Ability to assess user needs and deliver AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a focus on optimizing system performance.

Nice-to-Have:

• Data science background with experience in data analysis, model development, and AI-based optimization techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
