Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Veeva CRM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Veeva CRM implementation, configuration, and support within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective Veeva CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and support Veeva CRM solutions based on business needs.
- Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
- Provide technical expertise on Veeva CRM functionalities, integrations, and best practices.
- Design and develop custom solutions and enhancements within the Veeva CRM ecosystem.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business analysts.
- Conduct user training and support post-implementation activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Veeva CRM applications.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8 years of hands-on experience in Veeva CRM implementation and support.
- Experience with Veeva Vault, Veeva Align, Veeva CLM, and other Veeva applications is a plus.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical commercial processes, sales, and marketing workflows.
- Experience with data migration, integrations (APIs, middleware), and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Veeva CRM Certification is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical domain.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience with territory management, call planning, and multichannel engagement in Veeva CRM.
