Position Available: Serious Applicants Only We are an esteemed Aveda Hair Salon with a strong reputation currently seeking a professional who is friendly, outgoing, focused, and motivated, and possesses excellent customer service skills to assist with the busy day-to-day operations of the salon.
Salon is open Tuesday through Saturday 830am through 5pm and 7 pm 2 nights a week. Working some Saturdays and 1 evening are required. Call or text Mariela at 772 473 2441
Starting SALARY: Varies depending on experience. $14-$20; Evaluations after 15-30 days determines increase in pay.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and written in English. Bilingual is a plus.
Must be able to work effectively with co-workers and guests.
Candidate must possess excellent Customer Service Skills.
Must have knowledge and ability to use a computer with office related and salon scheduling software.
Ability to be flexible, reliable, and adapt to business needs/schedule and remain calm under trying circumstances and work with frequent interruptions
Strong organizational skills and driven to achieve goals
Appointment scheduling experience is a must.
Ability to succesfully multi-task and pay attention to details
Strong leadership skills
Customer service and experience in a salon environment is a plus

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional customer service.
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to optimize salon operations.
