Job Description:

The position is part of a transformation project led by the deployment of SAP and new standardized manufacturing processes in our Canadian factories (travel through sites up to 50%).

We are investing in improving our technologies in all aspects of our Cooperative.

The Business Analyst participates in the design of the new SAP solution, more specifically in the AVEVA MES software /modules, as well as in its on-site deployment (for the right peoples remote will be considered)

The main mandate will be to coordinate and carry out key activities, whether in the design or deployment phase.

It will need to change the current processes to adapt them to the new solution.

What does this role consist of:
Support testing activities and defect resolution in collaboration with technical and plant teams
Collaborate with local stakeholders (mechanics, engineers, electricians, programmers) to optimize the implementation of MES and ensure optimal start-up.
Coordinate design or resolution meetings by identifying stakeholders and guiding discussions to lead to decisions Document identified actions and track them.
Identify opportunities for business process improvement. Adding value to the implementation and integration of SAP and the MES module.
Support the harmonization of processes across sites and alignment with the standard solution.
Become the owner of the solution in the processes assigned to it.
Participate in the construction of training materials and train new users.
Identify opportunities for improvement in the way processes are deployed for new users.
Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time

What you need to join our team:
College or university degree required and/or related experience.
Experience in a similar MES AVEVA role and with SAP implementation projects in the manufacturing field
Relevant or combined experience in production, engineering, maintenance or operational improvement in a manufacturing environment in the agri-food industry. In dairy products, an asset.
Expertise in process improvement or standard management.
Prior experience in integration and implementing AVEVA MES (or other MES solutions) and SAP S/HANA
Bilingual (French, English) - Close communication with various stakeholders across Canada not a hard requirement but definitely a HUGE preference
