- Databases:Familiarity withDB2, Oracle, Snowflake.
- Monitoring & Alerting:Experience withSplunk, Dynatrace, Thousand Eyes, Grafana, Selenium, HiPam, IBM Zolda.
- Cloud Technologies:AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda, SQS, IAM), Azure, OpenShift, RDS Aurora, PostgreSQL.
- Scheduling Tools:Experience withCA AutoSys, Control-Mfor job scheduling.
- Expertise inITIL Change, Incident, and Problem Managementprocesses.
- Ability tolead Major Incident calls, engage teams, and driveroot cause analysis (RCA).
- Strong debugging skills for resolving technical issues acrossMainframe, Cloud, and Distributed environments.
- Knowledge ofcybersecurity best practices(password rotation, access control, malware detection).
- Strongverbal and written communication skillsto collaborate with cross-functional teams.
