Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development (Hunting):

Prospecting and Sales Process Management:
  • Work closely with AE team to identify and target potential new clients in key industries or regions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of our software.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
Pipeline Management:
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Track and report on sales activities, forecasts, and results.
Collaboration with Marketing:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to leverage campaigns, events, and content for lead generation.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to refine sales strategies.

  • Client Relationship Management (Farming):
Account Growth:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client accounts.
Customer Success:
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and adoption of our software.
Problem Solving:
  • Proactively address client challenges and work with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients to optimize their use of our software.
Renewals and Retention:
  • Drive contract renewals and secure long-term commitments from clients.
  • Monitor client health and take proactive steps to prevent churn.


Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years experience in end to end sales, account management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Proven records of constantly meeting sales target and has strong pipeline building ability.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to enhancing client satisfaction and driving success.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in building relationships and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
  • Experience working with AR/AP automation software or financial systems.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and recurring revenue strategies.

OTE $150K to $180K
