The Investment Relationship Partner will play a key role in managing and growing the company's relationships with current and prospective investors. This position will primarily focus on pitching investors, developing and maintaining strong investor relations, and handling compliance matters in relation to investor engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the investment landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance frameworks.

Responsibility
- Investor Pitching & Outreach: Develop and present compelling investment opportunities to potential investors. Lead investor pitch meetings, ensuring clear communication of the company's vision, strategy, financials, and growth potential. Tailor pitch materials and presentations to suit the needs and interests of different investor profiles.Continuously identify new potential investors and expand the company’s investor base
- Investor Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and prospective investors. Provide regular updates and transparent communication regarding the company’s financial performance, milestones, and strategic initiatives. Act as a primary point of contact for investor inquiries, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback promptly. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure investors are provided with timely and accurate information.
- Compliance & Regulatory Management: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices in dealing with investors.Monitor and stay current on regulatory changes that could affect investor relations or transactions.Handle compliance-related documentation, ensuring all agreements and communications adhere to legal and financial standards.Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure proper documentation and regulatory processes are followed in all investor interactions
- Investor Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and deliver regular reports and performance updates for investors. Analyze investor feedback and market trends to adjust strategies and improve engagement efforts. Track investor sentiment and trends to provide leadership with insights into investor concerns and opportunities
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and marketing, to develop and execute investor strategies. Assist in preparing board presentations, quarterly reports, and other materials needed for investor meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
- Proven experience (5 years) in investor relations, fundraising, or investment banking, preferably in a related industry.Strong understanding of compliance regulations and legal considerations in investor relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive pitches and engage effectively with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with investors.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
