\n- Conduct in-depth market research and share insights with the marketing, product, and sales teams on a regular basis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to inform strategic planning and marketing campaigns, and logies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies based on research findings.
- Present research data findings and insights during company-wide meetings.
- Create, edit, and proofread marketing content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Update tracking reports daily to reflect prospective clients, leads, and sales metrics.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a market research role, with a demonstrated ability to write comprehensive market research reports.
- Experience of writing competitor and market analysis reports is preferred.
- Experience in fintech industry, with exposure to the payment industry is a plus.
- A strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to write reports and trends recommendations with facts and analytical insights.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent learning abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
- Prefer with experience of using tools like Jira, Monday, dashboards and data visualizations in Excel
