Key Responsibilities
Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit/department. Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and hospital personnel to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services, effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel to deliver exceptional care.
Requirements and Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required, Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing required, BLS certification mandatory.
At least 2 years of recent and relevant ED experience required, ACLS and BLS certifications must be held. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
