This is a 6-month initial project with likely extension. It is a hybrid role (3 days/week onsite in Montvale, NJ
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications using App Engine Studio and Flow Designer.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform system administration tasks, including user management, access control, and system configuration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Be familiar with Citizen/Delegated development on the ServiceNow Platform
