Job Details
Infrastructure & Security Management
- Oversee network infrastructure, including Fortinet equipment and security solutions such as Crowdstrike (EDR) and Cloudflare (Zero Trust).
- Manage VLANs, network segmentation, and failover systems for uninterrupted connectivity.
- Ensure data security by implementing and maintaining encryption standards across all devices.
Systems Administration & IT Support
- Administer Google Workspace and manage MDM (Filewave) for software deployment and remote support.
- Maintain password management systems, access controls, and asset tracking via Fresh Service.
- Provide hands-on IT support for both on-site and remote employees, overseeing device provisioning and office technology (A/V equipment).
Vendor & Project Management
- Assist in IT infrastructure setup in recent new office, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Oversee network switch replacement and coordinate vendor contract negotiations.
- Manage relationships with key vendors, including MSP, ISPs, and other software providers.
- Collaborate with HR and DevOps to support onboarding as the company scales
