Title: Temp - Administrative - Senior Workday HCM Consultant (Days) Dallas, TX
Description: The Senior HCM Business Analyst will lead the implementation and optimization of Workday as the primary Human Capital Management (HCM) system for Client. This role is crucial in managing the transition from the current system solutions to Workday, ensuring that the system meets Client’s needs while enhancing operational efficiency and employee experience. Will collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, IT, and operational leaders, to drive successful project execution and system adoption.
Client is seeking candidate(s) who have played a key role in implementing a Workday system by being a Workstream (functional) Lead (not project managers or IT/HRIS people). This will be a person that understands the HR function (e.g. Recruiting) AND can walk Parkland Recruiting subject matter experts through what to think about when implementing Workday. Also, someone who can talk to the IT teams at Client, and make sure that what the Recruiting team wants is set up in the system correctly. The ideal candidate can identify the change impact of moving from Peoplesoft and SAP to Workday.

- On-site to begin with potential to become hybrid as the implementation evolves
- Workday HCM, Core and/or Recruiting certified - strongly preferred
- Min. of 5 years experience in implementation and/or end-to-end enhancements, preferably with Workday & PeopleSoft
- HR/Workday experience required AND listed within the profile/work history -- must be an effective communicator, leading projects (project management)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource, or related field
- LOCAL candidates highly preferred
