Job Summary
We seek a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and support patients and their families through various medical procedures. This role requires a dedication to maintaining the highest standards of care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans.
• Administer injections, medications, and IV therapy as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition, providing appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and treatment plans.
• Perform medical imaging procedures as needed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control policies.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Experience administering injections and performing IV insertions is preferred.
• Familiarity with ICU protocols and practices is a plus.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of hospice palliative medicine principles is desirable.
• Experience in senior care or hospital medicine settings is beneficial.
• Proficiency in sonography or medical imaging techniques is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
