Submission Requirements
Minimum 2 Plus Years of Psych Experience - Required
MUST BE A LICENSED, INDEPENDENT CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER (LISCW)
Experience with Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult Patients - Required
Supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment - Required
De-Escalation Training of any kind, CPI or NAPPI / Welle Certifications- Required , Can Pend upon submission but MUST have befre We will allow one of the following groups :
