Pay: $70-78/ hr.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment at a reputable healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency care, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, assessing, planning, and implementing care for patients with acute medical conditions.
• Triage patients and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare team members.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical system.
• Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in [State] or Compact License
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room (ER) experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (Required)
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills
• Previous travel nursing experience (Preferred but not required)
