Responsibilities
- Assists in the development and implementation of AI and ML models and algorithms for process automation and optimization.
- Collaborates with the Technology and Operations Teams to gather and analyze data, identify patterns, and derive insights to improve business performance.
- Explore new AI and ML techniques, frameworks, and tools to enhance existing solutions.
- Support the integration of AI and ML technologies into existing BPO processes, solutions, and page capture systems.
- Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering to prepare data for analysis and modeling.
- Participate in model training, validation, and evaluation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Assist in the development of dashboards and visualization tools to effectively present analytical findings.
- Contribute to documentation, including model development, data preprocessing, and evaluation procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide AI and ML solutions accordingly.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of enterprise intelligent capture systems for efficient data extraction and processing.
- Understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, C#, or Java.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or ML.net.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques, feature selection, and dimensionality reduction.
