Description
The Customer Account Call Center Representative, on our Contact Center Team, will process payments and conduct payment exception research via multiple different systems. The representative will be working closely with our Lockbox and Cashiering Services Team and make the necessary outbound calls to resolve payment exceptions.
Shift: Monday- Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Location: In-Office; Bristol, PA

Responsibilities:
- Insert customer and account data by inputting alphanumerical information from internal and client systems within time limits.
- Reviews data for deficiencies or errors.
- Researches and obtains further information for incomplete documents.
- Contact the necessary parties to resolve deficiencies or errors.
- Resolves customer concerns, questions, and requests efficiently using their knowledge and understanding of the product or program.
- Responds to queries for information and access relevant files and systems.
- Complies with data integrity and security policies.
- Communicates with necessary areas within the company for transfer of all daily data.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
