Responsibilities
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation such as user manuals, administrator guides, technical specifications, FAQs, and online help content.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to gather product knowledge and translate complex concepts into accessible materials.
- Analyze and refine UI/UX flows from a documentation perspective, recommending improvements that enhance usability and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all documentation and produced content aligns to style guides
- Update documentation to reflect new features, enhancements, and platform changes with each release.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members (product, engineering, QA, and support) to gather product details and translate them into clear, accessible documentation.
- Provide feedback on user interface design and overall user experience, contributing ideas to enhance intuitiveness and user-friendliness.
- 2 years of experience in software technical writing, preferably within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Ability to translate technical content into plain language for non-technical users.
- Working knowledge of UI/UX design concepts and a willingness to provide input on interface improvements.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), background check platforms, or HRIS software
- Familiarity with Accounts Payable systems and workflows.
