Client is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support the accounts payable team by processing invoices, reconciling statements, and auditing employee expense reports.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and enter invoices.
• Scan, index, and reconcile invoices to statements.
• Verify authorized approvals on invoices and ensure compliance.
• Complete daily report balancing.
• Audit employee expense reports.
• File department correspondence and checks.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Attention to detail with accurate written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
