ACC Sales Network Support Specialist

Responsibilities :
- Confirm and verify the data network design of sales channel data products; manage complex technical sales administration, both pre and post-sale, for ACC Business products such as ADI, AVPN, OEW, and ASE.
- Provide sales production support for the team, including direct engagement with prospective customers.
- Act as a general technical resource for the organization.
- Develop and facilitate Agent Technical Training, covering new product and process releases as well as technical sales application training via regular Technical Sales Support Forums (TSSF).
- Participate in complex feature and network design negotiations with agents, sales teams, and end-user customers to effectively create and position available solutions, such as SIP overlay on existing MPLS, to increase ACC Business revenues.
