Job Description:

As a Clinical Revenue Manager at Metasys Technologies, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical revenue management, including accounts receivable, billing, and collections. Your primary focus will be on maximizing revenue while minimizing bad debt.

Responsibilities include monitoring SAH Accounts Receivables, processing monthly client statements, auditing client invoices, daily deposit reconciliations, A/R deposits, client billing questions, client communication. The successful candidate must have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision during evening and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and manage SAH Accounts Receivables to ensure timely payment from clients.
2. Process and verify client billing adjustments in accordance with hospital policy and procedures.
3. Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies and errors in a timely manner.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, clinicians, and staff regarding various issues.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A minimum of one to three years' experience in accounts receivable collections activity.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
