Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Job description & duties :
Supporting Talent Partners with the following :
Creating requisitions in the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Working with hiring managers to support their job openings
Reviewing and vetting candidates
Scheduling testing and / or interviews
Conducting phone interviews
Scheduling interviews for managers
Preparing and extending offers
Supporting events
Experience & Education needs :
Required :
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SuccessFactors
2 years full lifecycle recruiting experience minimum; from developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and extending offers
Intermediate or higher capabilities using Microsoft Office Products
Bachelor s degree strongly preferred, but will consider additional experience in lieu of degree
Once trained, candidate can work one day a week from home.
Preferred :
SAP knowledge a plus
Onboarding experience
Experience with attending events
