Overview :
This position is responsible for managing the printer fleet, including delivering printer supplies, performing maintenance, and troubleshooting complex office equipment. The role requires attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain office equipment including printers and copiers
- Deliver printer supplies and inventory
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Calibrate equipment to ensure quality output
- Meet customer satisfaction standards by completing tasks on time and error-free
- Maintain records and reporting tools
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment
