The Associate Design Director is responsible for leading creative development for brand sponsorships and experiential engagements for Client. They'll be working in conjunction with both internal partners and external agencies to amplify brand impression through a wide variety of events that hosted in partnership with NASDAQ, NCAA, Wine Food sponsorships, etc. Primary projects are centered on the ideation of the physical space : structure design, footprint, decor, etc. Secondary deliverables are videos followed by social media, paid media, website assets and some print. The Associate Design Director will report to the Associate Creative Director (NA EMEA). The ADD will also work with a small team of Art Directors and designers and external agency support.
Primary responsibilities :
- Oversee visual identity / brand systems across various channels : events experiences, editorial, digital, social, video, 360-degree campaigns, paid media, packaging client gifting.
- Collaborate with marketing partners, agencies, and the design team to develop strategic design solutions that elevate and evolve the brand.
- Demonstrate strong presentation skills, effectively communicating concepts and programs to various stakeholders (including senior leadership) within the firm.
- Partner closely with our Digital Design and UX team (Digital Marketing) to support and promote digital-first thinking and activation.
- Possess a deep understanding of and appreciation for the role of Data & Analytics and strategy in supporting design thinking.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
