Job Summary : The Color, Print, and Pattern Designer is an individual contributor role responsible for supporting the Director in developing seasonal concepts, focusing on color, print, and pattern across all programs. This role involves creating creative artwork, preparing presentation materials, managing databases, and maintaining vendor communication to ensure execution aligns with program proposals and seasonal direction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing seasonal color, print, and pattern concepts for all programs.
• Create and deliver presentation boards and visual tools to communicate concepts and product proposals effectively.
• Execute artwork design, including color pitching, print editing, and visual refinement.
• Produce CAD designs and explanatory visuals for vendors, ensuring accurate representation of design intent.
• Manage ongoing communication with vendors and cross-functional partners to support program execution.
• Maintain and manage the color and print database, ensuring all assets are organized and accessible.
• Analyze provided seasonal direction for color, print, and pattern; interpret and adapt for program proposals.
• Conduct research on additional inspiration from various sources, including trend services, runway shows, competitive intelligence, editorials, and market analysis.
