SAP Manufacturing Consultant (SAP ME/MII/UI5)
Broomfield, CO (Hybrid- 80% onsite)
6 Month Contract
Client is seeking a skilled SAP Manufacturing Consultant for a hybrid role (80% onsite). This position requires expertise in SAP ME (Manufacturing Execution), SAP MII (Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence), SAP UI5 development, and machine integration using SAP PCo. You will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving real-time data visualization, and integrating shop floor systems with SAP solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy SAP ME and SAP MII solutions for manufacturing operations.
- Develop and customize MII applications for real-time data visualization, analytics, and performance optimization.
- Configure and optimize manufacturing execution workflows using SAP ME.
- Develop and enhance SAP UI5/Fiori applications to improve user interface and experience.
- Customize SAP MII dashboards for shop floor users to enhance efficiency.
- Configure and implement SAP MEINT (Manufacturing Execution Integration & Intelligence) for seamless SAP ERP integration.
- Integrate shop floor machines and IoT devices with SAP MII using SAP PCo (Plant Connectivity).
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine-to-SAP integration issues.
- Provide technical consulting and support for SAP ME, MII, and UI5-based solutions.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and enhancements for SAP manufacturing solutions.
- Provide user training and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
Requirements:
- 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP ME and SAP MII.
- 3 years of experience in SAP UI5/Fiori development.
- 2 years of experience with SAP MEINT for ERP integration.
- Experience in machine integration using SAP PCo (Plant Connectivity).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, shop floor automation, and integration.
- Expertise in SQL, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, and web services.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP integration with SAP ME/MII.
