IT Financial Analyst
Remote Position

The role involves executing month-end financial processing activities, including invoice processing, accruals, reclasses, recurring journal entries, and assisting with IT-related purchase orders. The position also involves running Oracle reports, conducting financial analysis, and preparing detailed financial reports.

Responsibilities:

• Process and track IT-related invoices to ensure they are received and processed as needed.
• Accrue all expenses as required if not yet processed, making necessary journal entries.
• Relocate expenses monthly and make the required journal entries.
• Maintain and update recurring journal entries to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in processing IT-related purchase orders.
• Run routine Oracle reports to support operations.
• Analyze and summarize current and projected financial information.
• Prepare and manage the accuracy and timeliness of monthly financial analysis.
• Conduct special studies to analyze complex financial actions.

Requirements:

• Broad knowledge of core finance principles and understanding of corporate accounting processes (e.g., forecasting, invoicing, chargebacks, accruals).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.
• 5 years of accounting and finance experience, with some financial management experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative data-analysis skills; ability to use metrics to drive actions.
• Expertise in data transformation using MS Excel or Access.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
