Summary: We are seeking an experienced project manager familiar with running agile and waterfall projects. This job is a fit for you if you have significant experience in planning, executing and delivering projects with deep knowledge of software development and system integration initiatives. Your success will require the ability to understand the technical requirements and be able to communicate with technical resource managers and application development managers. As a project manager, you are expected to the be the primary point of contact in delivering business value for our organization.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Develop project plan and phase documentation, including resource and cost management, test plans, and appropriate monitoring and control activities
• Coordinate the collection and management of business requirements
• Collaborate with development managers to plan work scope, resource allocation and schedules
• Adhere to governance controls such RACI cards, traceability matrices and toll gate reviews

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years experience as a project manager in the financial services industry, preferably banking
• Proficiency with tools of the trade Confluence, Jira and ServiceNow
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of the project management framework as espoused by the PMBOK with skilled budget and financial management
• Strong communications and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under limited supervision and to quickly grasp complex problems and provide solutions
