Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Develop project plan and phase documentation, including resource and cost management, test plans, and appropriate monitoring and control activities
- Coordinate the collection and management of business requirements
- Collaborate with development managers to plan work scope, resource allocation and schedules
- Adhere to governance controls such RACI cards, traceability matrices and toll gate reviews
- At least 7 years experience as a project manager in the financial services industry, preferably banking
- Proficiency with tools of the trade Confluence, Jira and ServiceNow
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of the project management framework as espoused by the PMBOK with skilled budget and financial management
- Strong communications and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under limited supervision and to quickly grasp complex problems and provide solutions
