Lead, Digital Producer
Remote Role
Key responsibilities :
- Oversee the organization and tracking of A / B and multi-variant test requests, ensuring business requirements are documented and aligned with stakeholders, including test requestors, creative teams, and IT.
- Attend daily stand-up meetings, monthly syncs, planning meetings, and strategy sessions, ensuring clear documentation and follow-up.
- Create and maintain presentation materials such as test roadmaps, results repositories, and large distribution emails.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing experiments, including generating new test ideas (excluding coding responsibilities).
- Act as a bridge between marketing, creative, and technical teams to facilitate smooth test implementation.
- Serve as a stand-in for the team lead when they are out of office.
- Proactively identify and recommend process improvements for test execution workflows.
- Support Personalization efforts, Existing Customer, and Business (B2B) testing execution.
