Job Summary : Client is seeking an SAP ECC Logistics & Transportation Specialist to provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP applications, primarily within Logistics and Transportation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP ECC6, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless system operations and improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Application Support & Customization :
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP ECC Logistics and Transportation applications.
Execute application customization and configuration to meet business requirements.Troubleshoot and lead complex incident resolution and corrections.Solution Development & Testing :Participate in requirement gathering and solution design proposals.
Develop and execute unit tests, system tests, integration tests, and acceptance tests.Prepare and review test plans & test scripts to ensure system functionality.Identify, recommend, and implement complex configuration solutions.Collaboration & Business Process Enhancement :Build strong relationships with business teams and act as an IT liaison.
Work with QA, DEV, and Infrastructure teams for smooth project execution.Collaborate with business teams to analyze current processes and propose solutions for process optimization.Ensure that all SAP systems align with long-term IT strategies.Strategic & Technical Expertise :Develop and execute the testing strategy for SAP modules.
Lead the evaluation and design of fixes for complex incidents.Ensure all SAP-related processes comply with ITIL best practices.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field.Certifications in SAP ECC, XI, O2C, or ITIL (preferred).Hands-on experience across all phases of application development (requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, bug fixing, and go-live).Top 3 Required Skills :
