Project Associate Project Manager - FNAI
Remote role with some travel

Client is seeking a Project Associate Project Manager to coordinate the FNAI project. The role involves working alongside the Japan Global Project Manager to manage project planning details, resources, and financials. The position also requires ensuring smooth communication between teams in Japan (FNAI) and MCG US.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate key project activities and ensure resource management.
• Monitor and check project financials on a timely basis.
• Facilitate communication between FNAI (Japan) and MCG US teams.
• Lead regular team meetings, ensuring alignment with the project vision.
• Define project success metrics and manage sign-offs on deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (Japanese/English) preferred.
• Strong understanding of data analytics.
• Experience in project management and business analysis, particularly data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work US night hours occasionally for meetings with Japan.
• Remote role with some travel required.
• 40 hours/week.
