Overview : The QA Analyst will join an agile development product team, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to deliver digital capabilities and exceptional customer experiences across mobile, online, stores, and third-party solutions. This role reports to the QA Lead and involves executing test cases, documenting defects, and contributing to both manual and automated testing efforts. The ideal candidate is passionate about testing and dedicated to creating a superior customer experience.
Responsibilities :
Create and execute test cases and validation procedures as directed by the QA Lead throughout each sprint cycle and production releases.Document and prioritize defects uncovered during sprints for resolution.Contribute to test case writing, analysis, and execution, including automated regression testing under the direction of the QA Lead.Maintain and update the automated regression test library to validate ongoing changes to digital products.Participate in smoke test validations following production releases.Set up test data / inventory / orders in development environments as needed.Participate in requirement grooming and 3 amigo sessions.Provide feedback and assist with QA estimation for sprint planning.Support product team needs and participate in final User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Engage in all team scrum activities.Report overall progress metrics and data to the QA Lead.Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and QA best practices.Assist in the assessment and creation of test automation scripts as directed by the QA Lead.Collaborate with other product team QA members to leverage shared test resources and systems.Minimum Qualifications :
2 years of experience in a QA Analyst role with a focus on e-commerce, user experience, and website testing.Experience testing in teams following Scrum / Agile methodologies.Proficiency in setting up and executing test plans for integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing.Ability to map test cases to requirements and build requirement matrices.Strong ability to work independently and deliver key objectives with minimal supervision.Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, or other test management tools.Experience testing third-party applications and collaborating with vendors.Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.Additional Information :

1-2 rounds of interviews with the Manager and possibly a panel.Candidates must be on camera for the interview.Expectations and Standards :
Operating in 2-week sprints, candidates will write test cases, test defects, prioritize work, and ensure project readiness by sprint completion.Minimum Experience Requirements :
Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience; 3-5 years preferred.Remote Work Arrangement :
Hybrid; candidates must be local to Columbus.Candidate Background and Qualifications :
Experience in product teams using Agile methodology.Bachelor's degree required; QA certifications are a plus.
