Overview:

Client is seeking a skilled Industrial Network Engineer with hands-on experience in deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems. This is an onsite role in Greeley, CO, requiring expertise in industrial networking and troubleshooting of Cisco Routers, Switches, and Outdoor Radios.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy, operate, and maintain industrial network systems (routers, switches, outdoor radios).
• Lead technical consultations for new industrial network radio deployments.
• Manage onsite and offshore teams, ensuring customer experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and radio performance issues.
• Perform upgrades, patching, and hardware refreshes for network equipment and radios.
• Manage compliance activities and ensure systems remain evergreen.
• Work with vendors for issue resolution and technical support.
• Participate in ITSM processes such as change management and ticket resolution.
• Implement automation ideas and revision control.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and industrial radios (Cambium, Aviat).
• Proficiency in routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF), tunneling (IPSec, DMVPN), and switching (RSTP, PVST).
• Expertise in industrial radio installation, troubleshooting signal interference, and connectivity issues.
• Knowledge of SCADA/PCN/OT environments and its operational guardrails.
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues and analyze radio performance.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Experience with network equipment commissioning and decommissioning.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and compliance management.
