ServiceNow Architect – Enterprise Architect (FSM)
Remote (2 Times in a Month-Travel to Chelan, WA)
12 Months Project
Responsibilities:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Field Service Management (FSM) solutions, with a strong focus on the utilities and energy industries.
• Proven track record of leading complex FSM implementations and integrating with existing technology stacks, including ERP, CRM, CIS, BI, and Data Warehouse.
• Experience with Client Boomi and Maximo.
• Strong understanding of utility operations, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
• Expertise in developing web-based business applications using XML, JSON, HTML5, AngularJS, etc.
• Experience in planning, designing, and developing integration solutions using SOAP & REST web services.
• Demonstrated ability in team building and leadership, with a focus on inspiring and developing talent.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Technical proficiency in FSM software platforms, system integration, and data analytics.
• Experience with OverIT’s FSM platform and familiarity with FSM tools.
• Consulting background with experience in client-facing roles delivering high-impact programs.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with GIS integration and mobile workforce management solutions.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, and Machine Learning in FSM.
• Professional certifications in solution architecture or relevant technical areas.
