Overview
The Sr. Business Analyst will support the NPOP Small Package Planning development team, assisting the product owner with writing features and user stories, managing the Agile backlog, and analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Write clear features and user stories for the Agile backlog
- Manage and prioritize the Agile backlog
- Analyze business processes to identify essential processes and improvement opportunities
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in business analysis
- 4-5 years of experience in Agile backlog management
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with business process analysis and improvement
- Azure DevOps experience (0-3 years) - Desired
- Enterprise Agile experience (0-3 years) - Desired
