Conference and Hospitality Support
Irving, TX (onsite)
6 Month Contract
Overview: Provide consistent food and beverage service, setup, and event coordination support. Assist with hospitality functions, office maintenance, and back-up reception duties.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down conference rooms, including tables, chairs, equipment, and food services.
- Assist with food and beverage preparation, service, and cleanup.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and restock supplies.
- Provide general office support, including mail sorting, deliveries, and supply management.
- Assist with client and guest greetings, hospitality, and event coordination.
- Perform general cleaning duties as needed, including trash removal and floor maintenance.
- Back up receptionist and assist with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of hospitality or office experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.
- Basic office equipment and computer skills.
- Business casual attire, client-facing presence as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
