Desktop Engineer IV - Voice Scope

12 Month Contract
- Overview
- Provide 1st contact support for desk-side voice-related incidents and requests, including deployment testing, troubleshooting, and escalation to higher support teams.
- Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day issues related to IPC, Avaya, and Zoom telephony systems at user desks.
- Deploy and test new telephony devices (IPC dealer-board, Avaya handsets, headsets).
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues to 2nd/3rd line teams as necessary.
- Log incidents with third parties (e.g., IPC) and communicate with support teams.
- Track incident progress in IT Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
