This is a high-profile, client-facing position that requires a polished and approachable demeanor, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations with ease.Key Responsibilities : Communication & Member Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring all inquiries, requests, and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Maintain positive relationships with members and guests to enhance their overall experience at the Club.Operational Support : Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, event coordination, and staff management. Assist in the preparation of operational reports and track progress of ongoing projects.Staff Coordination : Support staff training, onboarding, and scheduling. Ensure that team members are clear on their responsibilities and equipped to deliver exceptional service.Event Management : Assist with the planning and execution of Club events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet members' expectations. This includes coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring events are well-staffed and properly organized.Club Facilities Oversight : Oversee the condition and cleanliness of the Club facilities, ensuring all spaces are maintained to the highest standards.Problem Resolution : Act as a mediator for any member or guest complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.Ideal Candidate : Strong Communication Skills : Ability to engage with members, staff, and vendors in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.Leadership Abilities : Capable of leading a team, providing guidance, and ensuring operational efficiency.Organizational Skills : Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Customer-Service Focused : Passionate about providing a high level of service, anticipating the needs of members, and ensuring their expectations are exceeded.Experience : Prior experience in hospitality, club management, or customer service preferred.This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a prestigious, member-focused organization in a highly visible role.
