We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Coordinator/Administrative Support, II to join our organization. You will work directly with our office staff to ensure all administrative tasks are efficiently implemented. The right candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and a wide breadth of experience managing clerical, facility, and coordination responsibilities. Ultimately, the successful candidate will ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. Responsibilities include assisting with coordinating and catering on-site events, conference room oversight, assisting with the Facilities department as needed, and providing meeting coordination support. Major Duties:· Provide administrative as-needed support for Leadership and individual contributors.· Provide support for facilities duties as needed. · Support office staff and executives with general operational tasks.· File completed documents, contracts, statements of work, and agreements.· Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action/attention required.· Plan and schedule meetings, presentations, and other office related events.· Monitor office supplies; order and re-stock as needed.· Ensure office, kitchen, and conference rooms are kept clear and always organized. · Perform all Receptionist duties as needed.· Support the Documentation Services team with low-level Tech Doc Requests that come in through the support portal. Examples of these include migrating doc content into appropriate Meteorcomm Word/PowerPoint templates.· Support Rally administration requests. Examples of this include creating new user accounts, projects, fields and providing access rights. · Facilitate quarterly Patent Harvest sessions by working with the Patent Committee.· Other duties as assigned.Essential:· Minimum of two years of college or business school or any combination of education, training, and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position.· 3-5 years of experience in office coordination, administrative assistance, or similar.· Excellent written and oral communication skills. · High level experience working with programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. · Good document formatting skills. · Ability to learn new tools. · Good facilitation skills.· Ability to maintain confidentiality. · Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills. · Experience working with SharePoint, Word, Excel.· High level of integrity and discretion. · Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.· Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts on the job. · Impeccable attention to detail and professional demeanor.· Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.Benefits: Metrocomm benefits include 401k with company match, paid sick and safe leave accrued at 1 hour per every 40 hours worked, 2 weeks paid vacation per year, and paid holidays.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $43,372 to $65,058.
This is an onsite (Monday through Friday) position based in Renton WA. Our current hybrid schedule requires working onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. Starting out as a new temporary, employee is required to be onsite M-F. This is a temporary part time (under 30 hours per week) position for up to 12 months. EEO Employer/Protected Veteran/Disability
