Who You Are:
You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of Sales procedure. You enjoy tackling challenges and won’t leave any stone unturned to find the best solution for the situation at hand. Your excellent communication skills allow you to partner seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
Additional qualifications include:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales related position
- Familiarity with Financial Reporting with an ability to think in numbers
- Ability to make, meet, and exceed Sales Goals
- Skilled in Negotiations and Selling to Customer Needs
- Sales Planning experience and proper motivation for sales activity
- Ability to build and develop effective relationships
- Ability to develop, lead, and motivate a high performance sales team, including providing hands-on training and development, managing performance issues and providing daily direction and supervision
- Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, and can work well in a team environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Manager, you’ll need to provide service for the sales-management related support for Residential BESS.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Making given number of sales phone calls
- Support sales reps with day-to-day sales responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
- Analyze market trends to set sales forecasts and achieve targets
- Evaluate overall regional and individual performance
- Report on regional sales results on an on-going basis
- Forecast quarterly and annual sales volume and revenue
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Manage large customers and ensure they are receiving high quality service
