Role Overview

If so, the Manager of Business Intelligence and Transformation role at Metergy Solutions is perfect for you! In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our strategic initiatives by leveraging data-driven insights and leading business intelligence (BI) efforts. You will identify AI automation opportunities, lead a team to create ad-hoc analyses that support business decisions, and spearhead projects and process improvements. Your work will ensure the integrity of data throughout the meter to cash lifecycle and collaborate with stakeholders to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the BI team in developing and managing production reporting and Revenue Assurance Reporting using Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform.
- Conduct deep dive business intelligence analysis into operational areas within Operations to provide insights on key performance indicators (e.g., workforce performance, Revenue Assurance, productivity, cost, and quality drivers).
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to develop insights and recommendations for strategic discussions among leadership.
- Provide monthly management insights for performance opportunities, financial rate and volume variance analysis to identify resource allocation opportunities.
- Understand regulation changes and launch organizational projects to implement changes in all impacted areas in submetering, including non-responsible departments.
- Plan, develop, and approve all operational policies in all functional areas, with standard operating procedures and quality management systems for revenue assurance.
- Inspire and build leaders, fostering an environment that leads to success with a continuous improvement and customer-centric focus, supplemented with a sense of urgency.
- Work with departmental owners to implement and ensure controls are in place to support the lead-to-cash process for all billing model revenue streams.
- Develop and champion revenue leakage issues across the organization by engaging key stakeholders on activities and resource requirements necessary to drive revenue maximization.
- Oversee the analyses and audits of data to ensure integrity throughout the meter data management processes and resolve issues using appropriate resolution methods.
- Leverage Microsoft Technology, including Power Apps and Copilot, to drive innovation and efficiency throughout the role.
- Utilize storytelling techniques to present data and analysis in a compelling and understandable manner, making complex information accessible to all stakeholders.
- Develop new data gathering and analysis techniques to enhance the organization's ability to make informed decisions.
