Responsibilities
- Maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives to deliver on business outcomes, quickly identifying points of leverage in complex problems or systems
- Champion a One-Metergy approach, ensuring that all product decisions enhance the overall user experience and drive engagement and retention
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features, acting as the primary liaison between business units and technology teams
- Partner closely with Sales, Technology, and Operations teams to lead product development efforts
- Monitor against goals, identify and scope implementation paths for needed enhancements, and create remediation plans when needed
- Manage executive stakeholder relationships and regularly communicate updates on the product strategy, progress and performance
- Manage product backlog, production support, issue & defect resolution and prioritization across multiple scrum teams
- You'll utilize balanced judgment in decisions about risks of both actions taken and not taken while innovating on ways to iterate faster in a well-managed way for the immediate team
- Passion for understanding customer needs and demonstrated ability to build products
- Ability to think strategically while still being comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful execution
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing and driving decisions
- Strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle using Agile methodology
- Ability to initiate projects, execute against defined objectives, and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
