Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Water Meter Technician to join our team in Lower Township. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience in field service. As a Water Meter Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing meters used in various industries.
This is a Prevailing wage job. When not on the Prevailing wage job salary will range from $25.00 to $32.00 depending on experience and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on large water meters 5/8" to 2"
- Plumbing skills a must
- Operate hand and power tools effectively
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a field service role preferred
- Proficiency in mechanical tasks related to large meter systems
- Knowledge of plumbing
- MUST be OSHA 10 & Confined space certified!!
- Ability to replumb and plumbing for 5/8" to 2" meters
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE
