- Manage tenant relations, lease negotiations, and marketing vacant spaces.
- Process Section 8 certifications and collect receivable accounts.
- Negotiate contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a property manager.
- Fully understanding of property management and its financial aspects.
- In-depth knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding property management.
- Competency in MS Office and Yardi.
