The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance engineering, with experience in managing industrial/manufacturing environments. They will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of developing and implementing reliability programs to achieve business goals.
Key responsibilities of this role include increasing on-stream time and reducing costs through improved equipment reliability, tracking and trending reliability metrics, and coordinating with engineers, maintenance, and operators to implement new process operating conditions and procedures.
