Responsibilities
- Manage daily gas operations while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and productivity.
- Conduct staff training sessions to improve culinary skills and customer service standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Utilize Aloha POS systems for efficient order processing and sales tracking.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Implement best practices in food management to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the culinary industry.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices, including food safety protocols.
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.
