Job Summary:
Method Air is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing expert-level diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services on a wide range of residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is a demanding yet rewarding position that requires a deep understanding of HVAC principles, exceptional troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently and as part of a team, and possess the leadership qualities to mentor and guide less experienced technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostics on complex HVAC systems to identify root causes of malfunctions.
- Execute expert-level repairs and replacements of HVAC components, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, heat exchangers, and control systems.
- Conduct thorough preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Accurately interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future service.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical issues and providing clear solutions.
- Adhere to all safety standards and company policies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Manage and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles in excellent condition.
Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:
