Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant should help to keep the office running efficiently as well as provide a positive first impression for clients and visitors who call and visit the office. This role is hourly and part time - hours of availability are open for discussion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests
- Mail: copy, scan, sort
- Answer door, accept deliveries
- Fill out courier requests
- Order and stock supplies
- Communicate with landlord and janitorial on any office issues
- Troubleshoot light IT issues
- Coordinate product presentation/lunch and learn with vendors
- Assist Marketing department with event planning and set up
- Additional projects as needed

Requirements
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in an open office environment
- IT desktop and laptop support skills, automation knowledge, and /or asset management software is a plus
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience preferably in A/E/C industry experience
Formal Education
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
Licenses/Certifications
- Notary Public preferred
